Francine de Boer

UK Development Manager

Francine de Boer is Development Manager for EMpower in the London office. Francine leads on UK development efforts including events, with a focus on individual and major donor fundraising and stewardship. Prior to joining EMpower, she worked in fundraising consultancy for the NGO sector in Belgium. Whilst completing her Master’s degree, she worked at the Dutch Permanent Representation at the European Union and the UN Refugee Agency. She holds BA degrees in History and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Groningen and an LLM Human Rights Law with International Migration from the University of Kent.
