With a focus on addressing childhood illiteracy and improving education, Citi’s e for education campaign has raised more than $37.65 million USD for non-profit partners. The donations have touched more than 606,000 lives through educational programs across more than 70 countries. Last week, Nisha Dhawan, Country Director for EMpower in India, spoke at a panel on 'Intergenerational Insights from Women in Development' as part of Arthan's webinar on 'Building Inclusive Organisations'. This panel aimed to bring together women in development with varying years of experience to shed light on how gender dynamics in the development sector have evolved over the years and what can still be done to reach the level playing field.
