EMpower is Hiring! Senior Programme Officer, East and Southeast Asia

The Senior Program Officer E/SE Asia has primary responsibility for a programs and grants portfolio in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and China, including Hong Kong. S/he/they will manage and expand this portfolio and also oversee capacity strengthening and partner learning with grantee partners. S/he/they will report to the Vice President, Programs based in London.

Last week, Nisha Dhawan, Country Director for EMpower in India, spoke at a panel on 'Intergenerational Insights from Women in Development' as part of Arthan's webinar on 'Building Inclusive Organisations'. This panel aimed to bring together women in development with varying years of experience to shed light on how gender dynamics in the development sector have evolved over the years and what can still be done to reach the level playing field.
