Caitlin Mitchell

Caitlin Mitchell is the Senior Manager, Impact & Partnerships at EMpower – The Emerging Markets Foundation. She is an experienced philanthropy professional dedicated to advancing the human rights of marginalized communities globally, with a particular focus on women and girls. A program generalist offering 12 years of experience, Caitlin partners with Senior Leadership to create and sustain vibrant learning cultures and improve Program Team processes and workflows to maximize organizational impact and effectiveness.
Prior to joining EMpower, Ms. Mitchell served as the Latin America Program Assistant at the International Women’s Health Coalition. Ms. Mitchell received a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Public Administration in International Development from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
