Divya Shikha

Divya is EMpower's Senior Accountant for India, Hong Kong, and Singapore region. She manages and assists to develop, and improve the Finance and Accounting processes/procedures here at EMpower.

Prior to joining EMpower, Divya worked as an Accounts and Audit Manager in the Non-profit Sector for 12 years; Wherein she trained and mentored teams on various policies and procedures to establish a strong foundation for the organizations. Additionally, Divya has monitored and managed the budgeting and financial reporting for multiple funders such as Bftw, Miseror, etc.

Divya holds experience in dealing with and implementing various Statutory laws and regulations applicable to India. 

She holds an Honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University and MBA in Banking & Finance from Symbiosis University, India.
