Mireille Posse joins EMpower as the Consultant for Latin America, based in Mexico City, and will work to strategically grow our grantmaking portfolio in the region. Prior to joining EMpower, Mireille was the Senior Manager of Leadership and Learning at Hispanics in Philanthropy and has more than 10 years of experience working in strategy development, planning, management, and design of programmes in diverse settings.
