Daniel Parnetti is the Regional Programme Director for Latin America, responsible for developing and managing grantee partnerships in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

Before joining EMpower, Daniel served as Director of Relations with Affiliates at the International Planned Parenthood/Western Hemisphere Region, where he was oversaw the implementation of the organization’s accreditation process, and created a horizontal technical assistance programme to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices among partners in the Global South. Previously, he worked for the Inter-American Parliamentary Group on Population and Development.

Daniel is a political scientist and holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
