Staff

Estefanía is the Governance and Grants Officer at EMpower. In her role, Estefanía works with our President and CEO, the Senior Leadership Team, and other staff with the aim to facilítate smoother planning and calendaring of major work flows globally, collaborate effectively with the Boards of Directors and other key stakeholders, and strengthen internal communications. She is based outside Mexico City.

Before joining EMpower, Estefanía worked at different international non-profit organizations and has experience working in the United Nations system and key institutions within the public sector. Estefanía has a bachelor’s in international relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a master’s degree in international development: Development Management from the University of Manchester.
