As EMpower’s UK Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, Zaryna leads new and existing corporate relationships. She is responsible for building and growing impactful partnerships to promote brighter futures for young people. 

Zaryna brings a decade of fundraising, events and communication experience from established international development organisations across Australia and the UK, notably CARE International UK, War Child, and UNHCR. 

She specialises in building long-term and sustainable business partnerships to continue unlocking their critical role in locally-led community development. She has managed six-figure partnerships with leading FSTE100 companies from diverse sectors, including Finance, Technology, FMCG, Hospitality and Entertainment. 

With roots in diverse heritage and a B.S. in Psychology, Zaryna is driven by addressing racial injustices and openly discussing power dynamics both on and off the clock. She actively engages in Diversity and inclusion initiatives, advocating for marginalised groups.
