On 19th September 2024, EMpower hosted its first-ever Giving Circle in Delhi, India. Guests from diverse sectors were united by a shared commitment to empowering girls. At EMpower, we believe that empowering girls is not just philanthropy—it’s an investment in shaping tomorrow's leaders.
The Giving Circle enables targeted funding, allowing us to support more girls from low-income backgrounds to become leaders, changemakers, and champions for gender equality.
The energy in the room was electric as Adam Heuman and Nisha Dhawan from the EMpower team, Prarthana Kumar from our India Advisory Council, and Harmina Suri, a dedicated advocate from our inner circle, took the stage to highlight EMpower’s work with young people, especially adolescent girls.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who joined us and a huge shoutout to our India Advisory Council for their constant support and the entire EMpower India team for their dedication. ✨
