On 18th September 2024, Adam Heuman, EMpower’s Vice President, Global Development & Marketing, Heera, Programme Director, India, and Nisha Dhawan, Vice President, Impact and Influence, hosted a roundtable discussion on 'Framing the Agenda: Transforming Gender Roles for Employment in India'.
This roundtable, co-led by EMpower and Accenture, convened key stakeholders from the private, public, and philanthropic sectors to discuss gender parity within urban India’s employment landscape.
Our collective focus? To tackle the challenges and create actionable solutions that facilitate greater inclusivity for women in non-traditional livelihoods.
Together, we are committed to furthering this cause through joint investments in research, resources, and impactful initiatives.
