  1. Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO for the first 5 years, increasing to 25 days thereafter, plus all local public holidays and a week of rest from Christmas to New Year’s Day.

Overview of Recruitment Process

Our interview process is designed to ensure we are both evaluative and collaborative. It aims to give you enough opportunity to meet various team members and provide a comprehensive understanding of the role and our culture. The interview process includes:

  1. An Initial Interview with the People and Culture team
  2. An Interview with the Hiring Manager and team
  3. And an interview with SLT Member
