Global Reach: Past Grantees

Hands in Hands utilizes a youth-to-youth approach to raise awareness and break down stigma regarding HIV/AIDS. Their theater troupe performs in high schools and other youth-gathering spots in the Hanoi districts with higher rates of prostitution, crime and drugs, where HIV prevention and treatment are of special concern. Made up entirely of youth, the actors do improvisational skits in response to questions and ideas posed by the audience.
