Last week, Hong Kong Board Director Aleem Jivraj and Myrna Jivraj visited three EMpower grantee partners in Mumbai: Vacha Charitable Trust, Aangan Trust and CORO. After their visits they said,

“We were extremely impressed with all three grantee partners – they are all deeply ingrained in the communities they are working in. Visiting the bastis and meeting some of the beneficiaries of their work showed us the power of the community approach.”

We’re thrilled that Aleem and Myrna got to experience some of our grantee partners' impactful programs in India.
