Kayla Kohlenberg is the Development Manager, Initiatives and Events for EMpower, based in the New York office. Kayla leads on US development efforts including events, with a focus on individual and major donor fundraising and stewardship. Prior to joining EMpower, she worked at multiple nonprofits focused on women's empowerment and US-Latin American relations, most recently providing communications and institutional partnerships support for a development organization based out of their Guatemala office. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with honors from Ithaca College.
