Wilson Ventura

Director, Global Finance and Technology

As Director, Global Finance and Technology at EMpower, Wilson Ventura manages the budgeting, financial reporting, accounting and cash planning functions, and is also engaged in organizational policy, management and strategy. Prior to joining Empower, Wilson was Finance Controller at Action Against Hunger and prior to that Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. During his tenures at both of these organizations he was responsible for the development of all financial functions and reporting processes. Previously, Wilson worked in finance management and audit management for over 20 years in various large international companies, among them Time Inc, L3 Communications, Twinlab and TransCare. Mr. Ventura holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University, College of Science and Business, and is also a member of the NYC Institute of Management Accountants.
