EMpower’s 1st Girl Fund grant to CYDA will enable them to create awareness about the potential of NTIG related careers among 100 adolescent girls (14-17 years), provide them soft skills and support 100 young women (18-24 years) purse Non-Traditional Income Generation (NTIG) training program. Along with NTIG training, this grant will also focus on building a supportive ecosystem for girls and women participating in NTIG programs through engagement with parents and other key stakeholders.
